After repeated requests, we run beginners' signpainting courses at Lightspace co-working space on Authorpe road in Meanwood, Leeds. Each day-long course has a different focus and is suitable for beginners, dabblers and painters keen to share skills and progress. Sessions run from 11-4pm with all materials and tea, coffee and biscuits provided. All materials are provided with worksheets to take away and a 10% discount code for signpainting supplies from www.handover.co.uk.
No courses are currently planned. Previous courses have included: Introduction to signpainting, casual lettering, surface gilding, script lettering and making house-number plaques.
